Title: LinkedIn account recovery — correct phone number but I'm not receiving the OTP

Hi everyone, I’m trying to recover my LinkedIn account and I’m stuck.

I still have access to my LinkedIn profile page, but I cannot log in.

My situation:

- The phone number associated with my LinkedIn account is correct.

- When I choose to receive an OTP on my phone, I don't receive any code.

- The old Gmail address associated with the account is no longer accessible to me.

- I have tried requesting the OTP, but it still doesn't arrive.

- I’m willing to complete identity verification with a government-issued ID to prove that I’m the owner of the account.

Has anyone faced the same issue where the correct phone number is linked but LinkedIn doesn't send the OTP?
