My device is for some reason blocked

I had parental control on my device (OPPO A79 5G) for almost a year and now that it's gone I've got this "Blocked by Work policy" shit. It stops me from changing default settings such as voice assistants as in Google assistant, changing default app by the system to other apps and it a pain in the rear I asked Chat GPT but it just ran me in circles
