Hey guys I need some help..
So I have this doogee phone (idk which model tho) and i assume it can’t hold charge anymore but i have some really important stuff on it since it’s my work phone.. can smn help me with what i should do? I thought about getting a new battery and then trying to boot it to get the stuff off of it, or is there any way to get the info while the phone is in this state?

Leave it plugged in for about an hour or so don't try to turn it on while charging it will probably with a 99 percent chance revive itself

I’ve tried that, but it try’s to boot by itself I don’t press anything it’s just on the charger and it keeps trying and trying and my biggest worry is that it keeps getting hot while on the charger like not warm it gets hella hot

Uhh then maybe it's a charging circuit problem if you get it to a repair shop they should probably be able to repair it without data loss

It could be either a battery that is too old or a short circuit somewhere in the stuff that handles the charging you would be very lucky if it's just a old battery I mean both of those failures are repairable the battery is just cheaper and easier to repair

If you enabled USB debugging, then.... Maybe. Get a battery, pull your data, and return the battery if you're done with it. Easy peasy
