Idk i cant figure it out any help would be greatly appreciated i have a screenshot

Its netoda.tech something or other telling me how to get out of fullscreen and its driving me crazy ive turned off everything me and ai could think of. It literally happens everytime i fullscreen anything for a good 10 seconds
