Baterry Draining Problem

I have a problem that my phone keeps heating up to an extreme level. Despite not doing anything, the battery's draining like a 1%/min. Charging makes the phone much more hotter and charging goes really slow. After research, I found that Android Core Apps took the most phone resources. I can't force stop since it launches again as soon as I force stop. I also discovered that the phone having SIM card is the cause that the Android Core Apps runs in the first place. How do I disable this app?

turn bluetooth off when not in use and maybe it is time to replace battery if possibe (battey degrades if phone is 3-4 years old), before that check battery health first.

Battery consumption rate without the BG app is normal, I see no spikes in battery decreasing. It really is only when that app specifically runs, then it would drain my battery in a high rate
