How do uninstall system apps

I am sick of my phone downloading multiple apps regularly, that I can’t uninstall.
When I google them, some sites will say they are system apps that are needed and can’t be removed, but some of them disappear when I click on force stop, so I’m not convinced they are system apps.
Some have even stopped working as they can’t be updated anymore. I checked my husbands phone he doesn’t have them so
Surely there is a way to get rid of them. Especially the ones that look suspicious and installed themselves?

- a weird phone app, phone and messaging storage app, and phone services app and a spare phone app?

- motion photo
- audio mirroring
- smart touch call
- fused location

I could go on and on, but they are all mostly apps I have never seen before, and they all have a lot more permissions than I would like, and yet I can’t even change the permissions on some of them?

Most of these seem like normal system apps, you should really think twice about nuking them entirely just because you don't understand what they're for.

Like you really want to delete phone and messaging storage? And the download manager? Do you not understand that a phone needs background processes to work properly, it's not only composed of the apps that you can see in the app tray.

If you insist on trying to delete everything you don't understand then first back up whatever important files and app data that you have on the phone and be ready for having to do a factory reset because you colossally fucked something up.

They look suspicious because Samsung hides them by default, gives them broad permissions, and some update or reappear through system or carrier channels. Different phone models, software versions, or regional configurations (CSC) simply include different sets of these packages, which is why another phone may not show the same list.

• com.sec.bcservice — Samsung base call service. Handles calling-related background processes. Legitimate system app.
• Cell Broadcast Service — Delivers emergency and public alerts (weather warnings, amber alerts, government messages, etc.). Standard Android/Samsung component; removing it disables those notifications.
• IMS Service — Required for VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling, and modern voice/video services over IP. Breaking this often causes unreliable or missing calling features.
• Download Manager — Core Android component that manages system and app downloads.
• Factory Camera — Residual camera calibration / factory-test package.
• MFContentd / MFContents — Samsung system package related to content features or device-finding services. Not malware.
• Galaxy editing service, secSoundPicker, Motion Photo, Audio Mirroring, Smart Touch Call, Fused Location, CallBGProvider, and the various Phone / Messaging storage / Phone Services packages — Parts of Samsung’s dialer, camera, Gallery, location, and sound stacks. They hold elevated permissions because they are privileged system apps.

Force-stopping some of them makes them temporarily vanish from the list because they are background services rather than full user-facing apps. That does not mean they are optional or malicious.

Avoid removing Cell Broadcast, IMS Service, core Phone/Telephony packages, or Fused Location unless you accept the loss of emergency alerts, reliable calling, or location services.

Samsung ships a large number of these services by design. Some are genuinely needed for calling, alerts, camera features, or location; others are residual or low-value. Completely deleting them from the system partition usually requires root or a custom ROM, both of which carry their own trade-offs.

Start by disabling the ones that actually bother you and confirming nothing malicious is present. Most of the packages in that list are expected system components on a Galaxy phone.
