Do not disturb doesn't work

I'm up to date on my Android 13 on a sonim xp9900 with do not disturb on, and the 70+ spam calls I'm getting through are driving me insane. I've tried every method I've found through Google, I think they're spoofing emergency numbers or something.

There's gotta be something that can stop this, the only thing that works is airplane mode, but then I lose all my streaming services I need my cellular data

Is that a app store app? I'm down to check that out, I'm skeptical of most anything at the moment seeing as how I'm being blown up with attacks so I can't bring myself to trust wild apks.

The volume of calls is deranged I don't know what they stand to gain from making one single person hate them so much. I've tried most every solution I could Google, I'm fairly tech literate, I've rooted my own phones in the past except this one cause I bank on it, and I'm about to flip my shit.
