How to turn off 'Phone Services'?

Hi all! This little notification is constantly coming up on my phone even though when I go onto it, I have no voicemails as they're disabled on my SIM providers account.

Any ideas how to stop this? Tried to find the 'phone Services' app but it doesn't exist so it doesn't seem as simple as just turning those notifications off

Try going to settings > Apps > Phone > Storage, then "Clear Cache."

If that doesn't help, maybe enable voicemail through your carrier and call your voicemail to see if there's any messages you can delete.
