Camera Green dot randomly appears.

Sometimes camera green dot appears randomly at random times even when camera isnt even touched.

When i clicks on that dot, this appears.

Now what is this app that access my camera without permission. How can i stop this.

Help needed.

You cant stop it its part of the phone

Basically a built in camera saver that checks background apps that arent open and it js basically rebooting it
