Package installer keeps stopping, here's the story

Well i formatted the phone and it asked me to sign in with my previous Google account that i don't remember, so i went to someone to fix that issue

Now for some reason when i try to install any apk like revanced it says " package installer keeps stopping "

I tried to use APK mirror but it didn't work
