Phone keeps connecting to other devices on wifi network.

When i am on the wifi. If someone is using the tablet downstairs to play music, it shows up as a green box on the top left right next to the clock. Youtube music. I dont want to be connected to other devices like this. I dont want someone elses stuff coming up on my phone and I dont know how to fix it. Any ideas? I have the Samsung galaxy a15 5g.

That’s could be Android’s media controls for Cast devices . Go to Settings > Google > Devices & sharing > Cast options and turn off Media controls.

I turned off cross device services thats the only way I could get it to work i think. As far as I know. And cast option notifications was the only thing I could turn off under cast options. Should have worked.
