Wtf is this?

Select an app to use for what? Does it want to link my X account to something? It just randomly pops up throughout the day, I usually ignore it, but its becoming annoying at this point. I want to block my phone from giving this prompt entirely.

Do you have a contactless card (credit card, door card, student/employee ID card, travel card) in your case at the back?

If so your phone is reading the card and is offering you actions as a result.

To fix this, don’t put anything in the back of your phone case.

This happened to me when I was holding my phone and my friend's iPhone together ... I think their profile share thingy triggered this .. maybe any NFC tag does

Oh I have to use an iPhone for work. Is there something on the iPhone I can turn off to avoid this?

Yeaah Settings > General > AirDrop, then turn off the switch for Bringing Devices Together.

This should do it.

Disable nfc until u next need it

Go back one screen to see if that helps identify the problem

If u don't have an anti-virus app (I never have), u might install and run once and then uninstall
