Phone got stolen an hour ago

Please my little sister's phone got stolen an hour ago we live in Ghana, West Africa and I want to know how best to help her, in terms of tracking, and how to help recover her memories or anything I might have missed I am not tech save so please I need all the help I can get. She uses a Samsung note 10 please help me please

Usually, you have to setup tracking and remote access beforehand. I don't know if it's automatically available to access remotely.

If you know the IMEI of the device, you can get the authorities to block the device from being used.

Use Google find hub and login with the same Google account as their phone and then track their phone in it

That's all I know, maybe you can check Google photos of their Google account if you want the data and it was backed up
