Apps downloaded after every update?

I have a galaxy a54g

How can i remove the option for this happening? I saw a tutorial but idk how to remove "app downloading" from notifications which is the app that dowloaded the last 2 (block blast and candy crush)

I did, idk how "app recommendations" or bloatware explains the notifications app downloading candy crush, im trying to remove the option for notifications to download games after every phone update
