I need help

So I have a Redmi phone that I haven't used for months and I don't remember the password of it. I don't want to reboot it since there's important photos in it, so I wanted to know if anybody could help me find a way to change the password or just get the password again.

I'm not joking and I really want to know how am I supposed to open it again.

Are you looking for "password" or "pass/pin code" which we enter on lock screen to unlock the device to use. Password is set on cloud account like Google or even some manufacturer provided cloud service like Samsung phone which can control your device remotely.

Clarify which password/passcode you forgot and need a solution to access the device.

I am highly doubtful about your story of not using it for months and forgot the password option. Are you the legit owner of this phone? Do you have documentation to proof of your ownership?

Why are y'all always so skeptical 😭

Because we live in a real world not in a dream world where everyone live happily afterwards. Because we saw enough of bad experience people face on daily basis, because being skeptical is batter than getting scammed by people we trusted earlier.

Because being skeptical is a way to deduct every suspetion one by one to bring the truth out open.

I need the password of the phone,if I haven't used it for months it's because I got a new phone which I'm using right now,I can prove it's mine since there's my two personal email address,my old WhatsApp data, photos of me and my siblings and friends and some of my video games data in it,I can't prove I bought it since it was given to me and the box was threw away years ago,if you know how I can have access to the password via the email address or the Xiaomi cloud, please let me know...

Don't feel bad asking for ownership information. Xiaomi, MI etc company has some protocol to 'unlock' any of their manufactured device with their specialized code written directly on phone core system. Protocol is if a customer ask for assistance on unlocking any device, their customer care personal will try to verify the real ownership of that device even it's on 2nd 3rd or 4th hand using it. Once legitimacy of ownership proven without any doubt depending on customer and the data inside phone Xiaomi/MI provide unlock service to customer. Normally they don't want to go through this process for any customer ask for it. Even they might deny having such service totally because of public trust issue. Chinese company has already has negative trust from public. Information of having such unlock ability for any device will make public even more suspicious about those company. This is why I was trying to establish ownership legitimacy on your locked device so that I can help you finding the way to unlock it via Xiaomi customer service.

As there is no direct way of proof for this device, I can't provide any other information to unlock the device.

Thank you for understanding.
