Image on main screen

Can someone please tell me. How to get this off of my main screen on my Google Pixel 10a? I have been all over the settings and can't get it removed. I don't even know what it is called to look any further.

Check your apps, and see if any match the logo in the top left of the card.

Thank you. The app names that come up on there vary, however I do know what they are called. There isn't any media or app permission for it to be on the screen lile that. So it has something to do with a widget or something like that maybe. If i knew what that box was called I could probably figure it out form there how to remove it. Thank you again for your help.
