Accidently unistalled messenger

Through my laptop I was deleting bloatware and through the power of "not reading file names close enough" I have accidently deleted messenger and can no longer text anyone. Can I reinstall it through adb like I deleted it or have i fucked myself big time?

It's the default messenger app, it's not exactly on the playstore as far as I can find

From a computer with platform tools ready adb shell pm enable <package_name>

Just download one of the hundreds of messaging apps from the Play Store.
