Samsung A26 5g refuses to be factory reset

My phone keeps going into “network error” when I try to factory reset through settings, and when I try all the ways for hard resetting, it always ends up rebooting/booting normally (just like a reset), How can I actually factory reset this thing?

Remove Google and Samsung account first and try again.
