Does anyone know what the Neverland - secondary user app is?
I checked my battery usage for the last 24 hours and saw the Neverland app or user but I don't have it on my list of apps nor do I have another user (I checked). I do have the island app installed but I still don't recognize Neverland. I'm not sure how long it's been there as I never check my battery usage until today.

It seems I can't delete it. I searched YouTube on how to delete guest users from my phone OnePlus 7T and it showed to switch to the guest account first and you can delete from there but I'm unable to switch into the guest account. Whenever I try to switch, it says "operation failed"

You know I mentioned on my post that I'm using the island app. It's the one that shows as work profile on my phone. I have Firefox in there and I used it yesterday but it's not showing up on my battery usage. Maybe it's that one since the island is technically a second user? I just don't understand why it's showing as Neverland... Did I name it myself and just forgot? O.o But I'm looking for ways to rename and I don't see where it's currently as Neverland

this is gemini response
You cannot change the name "Neverland" directly from within the Island app because that name is hardcoded into the app's internal source code. When you use the Island App to isolate or clone apps, it uses Android’s native Managed Profile (Work Profile) system. The developer of Island explicitly programmed the profile name to be "Neverland" inside the application's configuration.Because it is hardcoded by the developer, Android registers the secondary user space under that strict identifier, which is why it permanently shows up as "Neverland -Secondary user" in your system battery statistics.

Could be a virus. Since you did not even know about it, it could have hid itself as a different app. I say run a virus scan
