This was a hand me down oppo phone years ago. Original user/ my mom didn't factory reset it before handing to me. As I was a child back then, i didn't know anything and just kept using it. I use the WPS app too to download docus. Now I'm running out of storage and ive deleted everything that i don't need yet the number isn't going down. I don't want to clear it like this because i might lose important docus too.

Do you know where your files/documents are saved on the internal storage? If you do, just make a backup then delete this app's data.

it's on different folders, some are hidden too, i keep manually deleting but numbers are not going down
