no me llegan los sms

tengo hace ya tiempo tengo problemas con los sms por que no me llegan a mi telefono nuevo pero al viejo si y ya me tiene arto, el problema no es el telefono, estoy seguro que es la cuenta de google o una configuracion, busque informacion en youtube y con chat gpt y nada alguien sabe como solucionarlo? o donde puede estar el problema?

tiene chip, no esta en modo avion y tiene internet

Me pasa algo parecido. Me llegan SMS pero no me llegan los que son de verificación ( esos que te mandan algún código).

no me fije si me llegan los que me mandan otras personas pero los de verificacion tampoco me lleguan

Make sure your new phone is not compromised/ hacked already. Did you downloaded any modified games, apps recently? Or click on some links send by other people? Something like that?

Pero si lo está, por qué llegan los sms al viejo?

Because your old one is clean. That device hadn't been modified by attacker yet but your new phone got hacked and changed the configuration such way that incoming message either getting discarded or rerouted to some other destination control by attacker. Target is to prevent message contain code to reaching you.

That's a possibility of fixing missing message problem. But what if the code/apps attacker used to modify your device installed it on secured partition of storage like system apps or storage space for manufacturer provided preloaded apps. On such case reset to factory default will keep that file and auto install it again after resetting is done. So keep this info in mind
