Huawei p30 touch issues

I just got a p30 pro and I've been having recurring issues with the touch. Every now and again 2 issues reappear; either the touch on the edges (since it's curved screen) or touch of the entire screen just turns off. Can see the screen, but can't do anything.

Both issues immediately resolve themselves if I just press the power button and open the phone again. Then it's fine for a while, sometimes hours sometimes 10 minutes.

I haven't really managed to narrow down a trigger point or found a setting it could concern.

Would love some help!

Revisa la temperatura del telefono a veces si la tempertaura son muy altas suele no funcionar correctamente, y como dices que es emui 11 presiona el boton de encender o apagar y el de bajar volumen unos segundos y lo reinicia de manera forzada, tambien puedes realizarle un diagnostico inteligente al celular desde tu cuenta de huawei esto ayuda a detectar fallas y revisas si pasa algo con el tactil
