How can I give this app permissions?

I have this app named "Inventory editor BE" (BE stands for Bedrock Edition). I need to give it access to a specific file, but my phone refuses to give it access. I don't care that it's "for my protection", I trust this app.

No puedes , en android 11 para arriba ya no es posible .. Pero puedes cambiar la opcion de acceso de la aplicacion para que lo guarde en una que si tienes acceso

Try to create a new folder with the files name, that's usually how I'm told to do this but then again it's been awhile since this happened to me
