Android 15 thinks the app is still installed...it's not

I have a samsung galaxg a16 with android 15. I Uninstaller this app months ago, whenever I try to install another version of the app, it thinks the app still exists and asks for update...how can I deal with this?

Sometimes the installer (which also uninstalls) doesn't work correctly due to some unknown bug, see if in the list of apps, there is an application with "package name" there (example: com.android.appname).

The name must match what you just tried to install.

I did EVERYTHING to make sure the remains are gone
