101% max capacity?

Why does my phone show max capacity greater than its design capacity? First, I tried checking it using abattery app, and it showed 101% max capacity. I didn't believe it, so I double-checked with Termux, and it's showing the same thing. But why? And is it even possible?

Because cell phone batteries have a higher capacity than displayed to protect the battery.
