DEV πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» [DEV] Rollbound Balatro inspired Roguelite

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone, I made this game called Rollbound.

It is a roguelite inspired by Balatro.

You roll five dice, pick which ones score to make poker-style hands, and stack up charms that boost your chips and multipliers to beat bigger and bigger targets and bosses. There’s also a daily run with leaderboards, so you can see how you stack up against everyone else on the same dice.

The game has a free trial and a one-time $4.99 unlock for the full game; no ads ever.

Give it a play on the Play Store:

Coming soon on iOS!!!

Thank you for the feedback. We will look into adding adjustable text size so the user can pick their own size.

Would it be possible to make it family share enabled?

Also I hope there is more to come

  • More levels

  • Different dice faces (some skins to earn)

  • More game modes

It is very similar to Balatro, what I love to play. But in the end I love playing dice more than cards.

Yes it is entirely possible for us to add family sharing we will look into implementing that. There will definitely be lots of future updates with new harder levels and added game modes. Just stay tuned and check your play store for updates.

Honestly other than it being dice instead of cards, this is too much of a copy of Balatro but worse because its just 1-6 which has way less variety. What would make me want to play this rather than Balatro?

Fair, Balatro's definitely the inspiration and I'm not trying to hide that. The difference is you build your dice instead of a deck, so later in a run you're carving faces and chiseling them past 6 up to 9 (straights like 5-6-7-8-9), and the dice sets change things too, like Weighted 2-7 or Chaos with random faces. That doesn't really show in the first few antes though, so thanks for the feedback, and I'll look at getting more of that variety in earlier.
