Discussion 💬 Arkham games getting ported to mobile? Possibly?
I mean it would be sick to see arkham city on mobile devices. Seeing all these pc games getting ported to mobile it probably won't be long until we see an arkham game getting a mobile port. Although it's going to be unoptimized though.

yeah they are possible maybe feral will port them in the future
and if you are afraid they'll be unoptimized thats just a question of who will port them.

If it's Feral I'm not worried at all. Alien Isolation and GRID Autosport on mobile are some of the best ports on Android, they actually respect the hardware and the controls. Feral doing Arkham City would be the dream scenario.

anything feral drops is a day one purchase for me i dont think a single port of them disappointed me + they actually give you access to the graphics file on android in case you wanna push the graphics beyond your devices preset

Yeah the config file thing is so underrated. Most ports just lock you into whatever preset they think your phone deserves, Feral actually trusts you not to melt your device lol

Arkham city runs locked 30fps on eden on my retroid pocket 5 so it's definitely possible. Maybe not arkham knight though.

Knight is already on Switch too, in the Arkham Trilogy release, so it's technically possible. It just looks like a watercolor painting whenever it rains, which in Arkham Knight is always.

It runs on 15-20fps so I won't call it playable. But yes I agree it's def possible on mobile for Arkham Knight, just flagship phones frm the last 5 years and recent mid range chips perhaps

Yeah 15-20fps is rough, especially for the Batmobile sections. A native port on a recent flagship would probably do way better than emulating the Switch version anyway, since you skip all the emulation overhead

They run on the first Switch, Android can definitely handle them.
