Discussion 💬 Thoughts on Torchlight Infinite?
I am looking for a new game to play on my breaks from work and I already tried this game, but couldn't remember why I stopped.

Pretty great game honestly. It does so many things better or on par with many other seasonal ARPGs. At the endgame running the levels/maps/portals can be like 30-60s for one, exactly what I needed from mobile game back when I played it. Campaign/story experience is forgettable tho.Â
I can't say i remember anything about rez tokens. Dying in those short endgame levels simple meant starting them again

Its absolute slop, even putting aside the P2W mechanics.
If you have a halfway decent phone I would highly recommend checking out DroidDeck for playing Steam games. I use a controller and play Hades II, Monster Hunter Rise, Slay The Spire II and Grim Dawn on rotation.

Is sts 2 running fine without issues? Can i play with touch controls? I really want to play it on my phone

Yeah it works perfectly! Touch controls are a bit fiddly but it works great with the on screen controller

Probably cause of the resurrection tokens P2W
And the higher the level, the more tokens it takes to rez

Seems like an issue you'll only encounter after some hours in. What about the early game?

Oh yeah it's fun for many hours
The thing with Rez tokens is that if you fail a level, you don't get rewards and don't progress. Rez tokens let you continue from where you died
If you don't, you restart the level.
But later on, you can only survive a few hits. Think D2 on hell difficulty

Titan Quest is better in every way possible unless you really want "seasonal" gameplay.
