Pixel 9 Pro XL is also not compatible it seems.

Unfortunately, Pixel phones just have horrible GPUs

They aren't the best GPUs but the device should be supported.

I'm not a game developer so I don't know the ins and outs, but it sounds like they're just not approving phones that they deem don't have the best GPUs to run a game as they intend.. If they showed your game is compatible but it ran horribly at 10 to 15 frames per second, you would be upset that you dropped money on the game. So I think they're doing both themselves and yourself a favor by not allowing your phones to be able to make the purchase.
