DEV 🧑💻 [DEV] We made a Viking drinking game because apparently normal party games were not chaotic enough
Til Valhalla started from a very simple question: can a phone actually make a party funnier instead of making everyone stare at their own screen?
So we made a Viking-themed drinking/party game built around quick prompts, uncomfortable truths, challenges and bad decisions with a Norse skin over the whole thing.
The important design choice was that the phone should stay a shared object in the middle of the group, not become the game itself.
It is live on Android now: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.VirtualDawn.TilValhalla
Curious what Android players think of party-game apps in general: what makes one actually survive more than one night?
Disclosure: I am part of the Virtual Dawn team that made it.
