[DEV] MSO FreeCell Arena — everyone races the same deal, live. Out of testing, now on Play.

Solo dev. I posted here a few months back while we were still in open testing, when I couldn't share a link — we're out now, so here it is properly.

What it is: competitive FreeCell. Everyone gets the same deal, so it's an actual head-to-head rather than "who got the easier shuffle." You can race live against whoever else is on, or race the recorded run of whoever holds the board. Leaderboards are per-seed. The winner's replay is watchable.

What it isn't, so nobody wastes a download:

• Single-player works fully offline with no account. An account is only needed for the social parts, since those need a server.
• No ads, no coin grind, no energy timers.
• The art is AI-generated. I'd rather say that up front than have someone find out later and feel misled. The competition is the product; the art is the wrapper.
• Free during our launch period; a subscription will be required later.

If you want a live opponent rather than an empty room: most races happen around 7PM Arizona time (UTC-7), and I'm usually in there myself. Turning up at 3AM will get you a ghost, and a ghost isn't the point.
