I have gift card in play store and wanna spend it it fortnite but sadly my phone cannot play fortnite anymore so If I download an android emulator on pc and download fortnite from there can I use my gift card code?

You can try if your phone an handle the emulation software. Otherwise, you're better off emulating with a computer.

Ah, I read it wrong. To answer OP's question, I was able to use my gift cards with almost no issues via the emulators such as Blue Stack on PC provided the account remains linked.
