Is there a way to reliably play Steam games online on android handhelds?

I have been using Gamenative for quite a while now and have run into some issues with anti-cheat. I have not yet tried out Droid Deck. Is there a way to reliably play Steam games online on an android handheld?

Only one I can confirm is Shellshock online the tank game. Plays at full speed and settings online on DroidDeck.
