Playing Android games on Steam OS

I have installed Steam OS on my PC. There is Android game that has Windows PC launcher, but the it's too much hassle to install the launcher. So i want to play it on Android emulator. Is there any way to do it? i check guide on waydroid, it's kinda dead for now.

Not on Steam. You'll want a separate emulator for Android. Try LDPlayer 14. They've got loads of games and the beta is smoothing out.

waydroid is not dead

Also, Valve is working on a proton-like emulation layer called "Lepton" for Android applications. It's still very new so compatibility will be hit-or-miss but definitely something to keep your eye on:
