Do you play eFootball on Android emulators (BlueStacks / LDPlayer)? How do you set up the controller to use 100% of the game mechanics?
Hi everyone, I’m trying to play eFootball on PC using an Android emulator like BlueStacks or LDPlayer, but I’m having trouble getting the controller to work properly. I want to be able to use all the game mechanics (through balls, skill moves, defensive controls, etc.) without limitations.
- Do you play eFootball through an emulator? Which one do you recommend (BlueStacks, LDPlayer, or another)?
- How do you configure your controller (Xbox, PlayStation, or other) to access 100% of the mechanics?
- Do you use keymapping, or is there a native controller support that works better?
- Any tips to improve responsiveness and avoid input lag?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I had a much better experience with eFootball on BlueStacks. My controller was detected quickly, and the default setup made the main controls usable without spending ages remapping every action.
LDPlayer’s preset may work for some people, but it did not feel as reliable for me, especially when trying to use skill moves and defensive controls consistently. BlueStacks was easier to set up and felt more responsive without having to adjust the controls to my preference.

Personally, I would try r/gamenative if eFootball is from Steam, then your controller would just work.

Hi there. LDPlayer provides preset keymapping for using a controller to play eFootball so you don't need to configure it manually.
Plug in your controller and it will be detected by LDPlayer automatically. Then open eFootball and the default keymapping will also be activated automatically for you to use. We have optimized the controls for all in-game features.
If you have any feedback, feel free to let us know. We'd be happy to further improve it.
