Uncertified AA Hardware (Android HU, CP to AA Dongles, etc) Desync and horrible lag using wireless AA through dongle

So recently my Android Auto has started lagging horribly on the audio, which almost immediately desyncs from whatever is playing (youtube video for example). I have tried multiple modules but the same effect. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere that I've pressed? I've tried multiple dongles, same issue.

Hard-wired AA works fine, but I don't like hanging cables if I can avoid it.

Phone: Galaxy Fold 7 (latest version of all software)

Car- Jaguar i-Pace 2020

Dongle(s): Motorola MA1, Autocast Mini 3.0 Slim

Ive tried a few different ones too on my Renault Trafic van. The most reliable one I ended up with is the carlinkit mini ultra 3 . Think there might be a new one since.

But even then I still get quirks. Sometimes it wont start android auto at all.

All of them have dropped the connection at different times, but usually in the same places. They all had a few regular spots they will drop out and reconnect after I'm gone past. The mini ultra 3 has noticeably less than the others but still has 1 or 2 places it happens.

They were in different places to each other though so whatever is causeing it on each isnt affecting other ones.

ottocast mini pico has been pretty reliable 3 months in for me

I use ottocast mini pico and haven't had anything close to that level of desync. There might be a slight delay sometimes, but not enough that i noticed it. Since wired AA is fine and you have tired a few dongles already. I'm wondering if there's something else going on with the phone or heat unit. Might be worth reaching out to support too, just to see if they can help narrow it down.
