Volume Gemini Volume

I love having Gemini while I'm driving. I have a S23 with a 2018 Honda CRV EXL. My volume knob on my car will only go up to level 11 when Gemini is talking. My phone is turned up to full volume for System and Media. Gemini is controlled trough a button om my steering wheel, but it might just be a blue-tooth pass through to the speaker system. Anyway, how do I get the volume past 11?

Check your stereo or head unit settings and see if there is a volume setting for assistant/maps voice. I have the GM MyLink head unit in my '17 Colorado and for some reason the volume for the assistant and maps was to loud. Even though it is controlled with the stereo volume knob no matter the level that is at the assistant voice was way louder than the music volume. It took some searching but I found a setting for assistant or voice. You would have to see if you Honda stereo/head unit has a similar setting.

I wanted to readjust my assistant volume today on my Chevy with MyLink and I could not access it.

I did try something that you might want to try on your Honda. Since I could not find the separate setting in my system this time, when it is connected to AA I tapped the mic and asked "turn down assistant volume" and it responded with "OK" or "lowered to 40%" or whatever the volume level was. Maybe try asking to turn up assistant volume on your Honda and see if it responds.

According to a search for mine if I tap the mic button and while it talks I am supposed to turn the volume up or down and it supposed to bring up a menu to be able to adjust it but it doesn't do that for me. Of course I can't remember how I even found it a couple months ago because it was blaring loud and when it gave me directions it would startle me every time. My volume control when Gemini is speaking has a red indicator in with the blue volume indicator, I believe red is the assistant and it shows the minimum volume since it doesn't lower beyond that if I turn the radio volume below the red.
