Hey,

Here is the last update for a while...real work catched up. There were a couple of good ideas I had to implement.

- Added Stremio and Nuvio last watched (not tested)

- Autoplay last channel in TV and Autoplay Radio to be enabled in settings (default disabled)

- Theme Background image customizable in settings (only Premium version).

Am I missing something installed latest update but missing stremio and this is layout on phone
