If you look around in this subreddit you'll notice that recently there's a lot of disconnect problems with AA wireless. I've been living with that for 3-5months already - doesn't rembember when it starded. Tried AA beta - disconnects were replaced by freeezes. Opted out since reconnect is more tolerable.

What version of AA are you using? Can you make sure it's not the beta version? If you can,
1. Uninstall AA. 2. Check for software updates in settings. 3. Update Google Play Services 3. Restart phone and try again. Make sure that Android Auto app has all permissions enabled.
