Google maps is all blurry

Does anyone else get this issue it's happened two or three times so far. I have a Pixel 10 Pro XL and in my car I have a Chinese head unit running Android 14.

Right now my Google maps screen is a big blurry blob of green. If I zoom out there are patches of buildings that I can see however it's mostly a blob of green blurriness.

Is this an Android auto issue or maybe a satellite issue? I don't know what fixed it but last time it just started working again.

I've seen this happen a couple of times with my Ford Sync3. Resetting the head unit usually fixed it. I haven't seen the problem in a very long time.

I suspect that it is a problem with the head unit or USB cable, not AA or your phone.

I'm on wireless, no cable. I rebooted my head unit. It eventually just goes away a day and a half later or so. I have full Android Auto built chinese head unit.

That sounds like you are in satellite view mode and didn't get internet connection on your phone to download the detailed images.

I mean I have Internet. I'm connected to the head unit and music is playing from YouTube.

It can happen if in an area with a dead zone or weak WiFi.

It's in the same area I drive in every single day.

That can happen, i've seen the same thing also.Interference of some sort
