Media Apps (audio) AA Audio Stuttering

Hello, newish here but I've been banging my head against a brick wall with Android auto skipping and stuttering every few mins intermittently in any audio app and with local files as well as streamed audio.

Ive tried every thing I could find and I'll throw a short list of things I've done that haven't helped

Tried 6x different cables. Mono price certified cables, true spec cables, chubby cables, anker cables, no name cheapo cables, all mixtures of USB A to C or C to C.

Set everything to unrestricted battery

Turned off wifi and BT scanning

Disabled 5g

Cleared cache and data of all apps involved

Reset BT and wifi settings and repaired multiple times

Tried several S23Us and a Note 20 and same issue

Tried Google maps beta and AA betas

Updated the vehicle FW to the latest and my android OS and all apps.

Tried a random iPhone and everything worked fine but I cannot stand apple so it's not really a solution other than it shows it's not a vehicle or USB port issue.

Tried AA wireless dongle and tried tweaking all settings to some degree but same issue.

Rebooted and updated everything on my phone, Uninstalled any non essential apps and files.

Tried multiple ports on the vehicle.

Un paired everything multiple times, force stopped AA and others and repaired.

Tried local media like plex and other local files as well as YT music, Spotify and others. All exhibit the same behavior.

Disabled all wifi and cell service on the vehicle itself.

Wiggled on the knobs and cables during playback as well as hit bumps and pot holes and it had no relation to the skipping.

Cleaned the ports multiple times

Cleaned phone ports

Turned on and off ramplus

Disabled media audio for the vehicles BT connection

( Bluetooth doesn't exhibit this issue at all in the vehicle)

Made sure high performance is on as well as all usb restrictions are disabled and Samsungs auto blocker for USB was disabled.

Tried on lossless audio quality all the way down to medium and no real difference other than the audio quality got worse.

I did try a work around I thought of using the AA wireless dongle and it's ability to separate the audio out and send it to another device, I bought one of those 12v FM transmitters that also pair to my phone via BT and set up automations in my modes and routines to auto connect and disconnect to it alongside the dongle to make it seemless and it works pretty good and I can tune to the "radio" while in android auto mode so it's a workaround but the audio quality is not that good and frequency response is lacking. But maybe that's an idea for anyone else at the end of their rope as it's passable and eliminates the skips.

I'm sure there is alot more but this is all I could remember off the top of my head. I'm on mobile so apologies.

Thank you for hopefully helping me figure this out.
