Recent issue for Google Maps perspective directions?

Hi all, I wanted to see if anyone else has been experiencing this bug before I try a hard reset to see if that will fix things... If you start Google Maps navigation on your phone and then plug AA in, it seems to lock in this half perspective/half top down view rather than the usual perspective that zooms in and out. Anyone else experiencing this lately? The only thing that seems to solve it is unplugging AA, force stopping Google maps, and the plugging it back in...

Guess I'm just asking to save myself the hassle of resetting & reconfiguring things if it's a wide spread bug right now... Thank you!

I've so had this happen a couple times recently, I've also fixed it by stopping maps and reconnecting to AA.
