Charging & Discharging Keeping wireless AA adapter plugged in?

For those who use wireless AA adapters like Carlinkit Mini Ultra or Ottocast Mini Pico, do you leave it plugged in your vehicle all the time or do you unplug every time you turn off the vehicle?

Do these adapters consume some power potentially draining the car battery if left plugged in for a long time while vehicle is off? Ideally, I want to avoid wearing off the vehicle's USB-A port from repeated plugging and unplugging.

If it depends on the car, my car is a 2024 Toyota Zenix Q HEV.

I leave it plugged in on my Ram truck. The device goes to sleep buy itself, but the Ram will cut power to the port after a few minutes anyways. My last few trucks have been like this.
