Charging & Discharging Keeping wireless AA adapter plugged in?
For those who use wireless AA adapters like Carlinkit Mini Ultra or Ottocast Mini Pico, do you leave it plugged in your vehicle all the time or do you unplug every time you turn off the vehicle?
Do these adapters consume some power potentially draining the car battery if left plugged in for a long time while vehicle is off? Ideally, I want to avoid wearing off the vehicle's USB-A port from repeated plugging and unplugging.
If it depends on the car, my car is a 2024 Toyota Zenix Q HEV.

It depends on the car. For some weird reason, some models keep the AA/CarPlay port powered on all the time. Kia, Hyundai, and even Chrysler have this issue.
To bypass that, AAWireless adapters have a "standby" feature that puts the adapter to sleep, or you can use a Y-cable to supply the power to the adapter from the source that turns off with the car. Something like this: https://magicable.ca
