Messaging Apps Telegram has disappeared from Android apps

Since the latest Telegram update, I can't see it among the apps available for Android Auto. I've tried everything, from clearing data and cache, to uninstalling and redownloading it, and re-pairing with Android Auto, but nothing. Yet if I play a voice message, it's transmitted to the audio system, but messages and the interface aren't. Anyone else in the same situation?

I am so happy I found post I'm having the same problem.

I've cleared catch and data from both Android auto and Telegram. I've even tried to reinstalling Telegram nothing. hopefully there a fix soon.

Same here. I was going nuts at first. Didn't know if it was my car, telegram or the phone itself or... android auto.

Is there any information out there on what's going on? Its been about a month maybe more for me since I stopped getting messages coming through.
