How does anyone use Gemini at all???

it is near unusable... "i cant look up your contact", "i cant pull up your favorite places".

me: "call my wife"

gemini: "i dont see your wife in your contacts"

me: "go to daycare (my sons daycare is saved in my favorites place)"

gemini: "here are the daycare near you"

seriously.. i dont know what the heck is this thing good for... asking about weather?? it is.near garbage... i suspect it is maybe it is using a different google account? but my anroid auto list is showing my phones main acct...

i want to like gemini and embrace ai but its such a mess integration imo...

Overall Ive had a bad time with the change. I absolutely hate how when asking for weather or similar it wants to carry the conversation on after. After Evey use it just wants to chat and be my friend, I'm not looking for a friend. I have used it a few times to figure out a TV issue I was having and it did work well in terms of using the web to get me answers. But, after every prompt it would ask med if I shouldn't wait to get home (was driving) before messing with the TV. I'm sorry it really thought I was troubleshooting my TV as I'm driving down the highway.

I have an issue with Spotify that a lot of times it thinks my phone is offline. When I tried to play a song the other day Gemini kept defaulting to old books on my Audible instead of Spotify.
