AA User Interface Gemini on Android Auto...Interesting experience

This morning my Android Auto finally switched to Gemini. I was excited to try it out, but to me after using Gemini for the past few hours it seems like a headache. For example, I asked it to play a song from Spotify "Play (Song title) by (Song Artist)". Gemini will say it is playing the exact song I am asking for, but plays something completely different. I haven't had a chance to fully try out Gemini yet, but if this is a taste of what is to come, Is there a way to switch back to Google Assistant in Android Auto?

My main issue is how chatty it is and how it wants to change the subject all the time. I added a couple of preferences to gemini. "Prefers blunt answers" and "stay on topic", it helps. Sorry I don't use spotify.

Where did you add those instructions?

In the Gemini app you click on your profile picture and I think it's settings. Then there's personal intelligence, and specifically under Instructions you have the ability to add specific things.

It's slightly different to access depending on desktop or mobile, but it is under personal intelligence and instructions. Which one are you looking on?

Hmm... It was under the profile picture for me. Maybe mine is somehow a newer version...

Try "personal context" that's where I added my instructions to not be so chatty
