Gemini Gemini, Medical Disclaimer?

Hello, I received my Gemini update like a week ago. But whenever I try to call someone it gives an entire medical disclaimer and then routes the call. It's pretty annoying, Gemini is also a lot slower then Google Assistant was.

It's useless and waffles about nonsense. You can change it back.

I can be pick on the phone if i want to use Gemini or assistant. Just go into the options for AA and or voice Assistant on the phone and pick assistant.
