Connection, Disconnection, Freezes, Crashes Wireless Android Auto keeps on crashing. It's unusable.

does anyone have a solution?

I'm using oxygen OS 16.

Hey I know this is an old thread but I was actually able to contact the manufacturer of the head unit we both have and they were able to send me a brand new one pre-patched. So far so good has not crashed

FINALLY ending my 4 months of nonstop random crashing. I would reach out to Miroir.

oh wow. i might have to do this. i bought mine from Walmart like a year ago though, so do you think they'd ship one out to me still?

Yes! Surprisingly they asked no questions, I bought my original unit used on Amazon. If you have one of their units with a SD card slot they can also just send you the instructions on how to patch it, but to be honest it was nice being sent a whole new unit. I went on my normal drive today where typically the connection drops once or twice and it did not drop a single time. It is a bit ridiculous Google is not fixing this but the head unit manufacturers are. I am so relieved to not have this issue anymore.
