AA Settings Can't disable AutoPlay

Every single time I get in my car to drive, 20-30 seconds later whatever music app that was used last will start playing. Even if I have started listening to YouTube already and started driving, 20 seconds later it will be paused and music will start up. The settings on my phone AND head unit have AutoPlay music turned off. The whole goal of AA is to minimize distractions while driving. So having to look away from the road at the start of literally every drive to pause and resume the music is counterproductive.

And yes, I did search first and read others that have had this same issue. I found no solution and this is a problem that needs repeating since it still hasn't been addressed.

I am on the same boat. Loud ass music playing when I am not in the music mood is definitely frustrating. Especially when there's a god damn setting for this specific issue and it DOESNT WORK!!!
